Jennifer Strand, President of Nebraska Title Company, will discuss the documents and requirements necessary when the  Borrower is a Trust or a Power of Attorney signs on behalf of the Borrower and the Top 10 things lenders should review on a title commitment.

Prior to joining Nebraska Title Company in 2012, Jennifer was a Partner at Woods & Aitken LLP.  A member of the Nebraska and Iowa State Bar Associations, she received her juris doctorate with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law (1994).  Jennifer is also the Manager of Safe Harbour Exchange, L.L.C., an affiliate of the Company, which provides qualified intermediary and exchange services nationwide. Jennifer is a member of the Nebraska Mortgage Association Board of Directors.
