As a bonus, we'll kick off the meeting with a brief cocktail-making demonstration by Mike Digiacomo. It'll be something you can easily make yourself at home -- and after all, what's a happy hour without someone making cocktails? Mike is the former host of The Morning Blend, and is currently the host of The Metro Blend, which can be seen weekday mornings on KMTV 3NewsNow. He is the owner of Omaha bars Social, Blackstone Social and Osteria Segreto, and is a member of a favorite, longtime Nebraska band, Groove Puppet.
